KKARINA來自澳洲The room was decent size. Room amenities was well thought through the customer perspective. The bed and pillows deserve a gold star, very comfortable so much that I want to order one home 😀. The showers was amazing, good water pressure and water hot enough, felt like your in an onsen. Breakfast buffet had a good variety and of course it's going to be more steered towards a Chinese style breakfast since it's Shanghai wouldn't expect anything less. Would be more disappointed if it was more western style. Has self laundry available which is good, they even dry it and deliver it back to your room. Front desk staff is amazing, professional and courteous, also helped me arrange a private car to Pudong airport. Location is good if you are a light traveller but would recommend if you have lots of big luggage to take a private car otherwise it's an easy 8min wall from metro.

房間大小適中，房間設施也考慮周到，處處反映了對顧客的用心。床和枕頭簡直完美，舒服到我都想買一套回家了😀。淋浴體驗也很棒，水壓足，水溫也夠熱，感覺像在泡溫泉。自助早餐種類豐富，當然，畢竟是在上海，所以更偏向中式早餐，這也在情理之中。如果是西式早餐，我反而會有點失望。飯店提供自助洗衣服務，這點很不錯，他們還會把洗好的衣服烘乾並送回房間。前台服務人員非常熱情周到，專業又有禮貌，還幫我安排了去浦東機場的專車。如果你行李不多，飯店位置很方便；但如果你有很多大件行李，建議還是包車，不然的話，飯店離地鐵站也只有8分鐘步行路程。顯示更多
